1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Bondy application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Bondy is an AI-powered relationship assistant that helps users understand their partners better. The Service allows you to create AI-powered digital personas of your partner, have conversations with these personas, receive relationship analysis and insights, and maintain a relationship journal. The Service is designed to supplement — not replace — professional relationship counseling or therapy.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account

4. Subscription & Billing

Bondy offers a Free plan and a paid Bondy Pro plan:

• Free: 10 lifetime messages, 1 persona, no analysis or journal access
• Bondy Pro: $4.99/month or $49.99/year — 500 messages/day, unlimited personas, 10 analyses/day, unlimited journal

Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. Partner Personas & User Content

You are solely responsible for the information you provide when creating partner personas. You acknowledge that personas are AI approximations based on the information you provide and do not represent actual individuals. You agree not to create personas for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or any malicious intent toward the person being represented.

6. AI-Generated Content

The conversations, predictions, analyses, insights, and advice provided by our AI are generated algorithmically and should not be considered professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Users should exercise their own judgment and seek professional help when needed. AI responses are based on the information you provide and may not accurately reflect your partner's actual thoughts, feelings, or reactions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create personas intended to harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Bondy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you provide (persona information, journal entries, etc.) but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including partner persona data, conversations, and journal entries.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bondy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. This includes any decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
